The Together Trainer – April

Effective online facilitation requires more than strong slides or good instincts—it requires systems. Without intentional preparation, clear culture signals, and structured engagement, even the most thoughtful sessions can fall flat. If you lead trainings, workshops, or professional learning online, join us for a four-week course designed for experienced facilitators who want to strengthen their craft. Together, we will explore how to prepare the session, build the culture, engineer engagement, and practice the moves that make online adult learning focused, participatory, and impactful.

In this course, you will learn practical approaches to designing and leading online learning that is both structured and engaging. Participants will leave with concrete tools, templates, and routines they can immediately apply to their own sessions—from pre-session planning and participant preparation to facilitation moves that sustain energy and participation throughout a training. Along the way, you will have opportunities to examine your current facilitation practices, learn alongside other experienced trainers, and practice the craft of leading online adult learning in real time.

If you are responsible for leading online professional learning, workshops, or team trainings—and want a more intentional system for preparing and facilitating them—join us for The Together Trainer. This four-week course will help you refine your approach and build the systems that support powerful online learning experiences for adults.

This course is designed for people who regularly facilitate adult learning in mission-driven contexts—such as nonprofit organizations, school districts, professional learning teams, leadership programs, or consulting environments. It is particularly well suited for experienced trainers, coaches, and facilitators who design and lead workshops, professional development, or multi-session learning experiences. Participants should already have experience leading sessions and be looking for stronger systems to prepare sessions, establish culture, and sustain engagement in online learning environments.

NOTE: This course is not intended as an introduction to presentation tools, slide design, or the technical basics of running platforms such as Zoom or Nearpod. Instead, it is designed for facilitators who already lead learning experiences and want to refine their preparation routines, facilitation moves, and engagement structures for adult learners.
